BU, Bogazici University - Turkey, is tasked with developing, coordinating, and overseeing lifelong learning initiatives beyond formal degree programs at the university. With over 22 years of operation. Bogazici University Lifelong Learning Center has served nearly 200,000 participants through 8,000 training programs, offering expertise in adult education, vocational programs, career guidance, entrepreneurship development, and social responsibility initiatives.

DARE Network, Democracy and Human Rights Education in Europe - Belgium, is a coalition of NGOs, academic institutions, and training providers dedicated to promoting democratic citizenship and human rights education across Europe. With 39 members from 20 countries, DARE operates as a non-profit organization under Belgian law, aiming to bridge the gap between research and practice in education. Its activities include exchanging information and resources, developing education programs, advocating at European institutions, implementing joint projects, and sharing best practices.

EIP Lab, Education Inspiring Peace Lab - Italy, conducts research, teacher training, and policy analysis to promote educational values and principles. It emphasizes connecting research with innovative practices and public policies, aiming to inform educational activities and policy orientation. Through training activities, seminars, and conferences, the Laboratory fosters exchange and collaboration in various educational fields.

EPA, European Parents Association - Belgium, is the sole EU-level organization representing parents in education. With 30+ member organizations covering almost all EU-member states and some non-EU countries, EPA aims to promote parents' active involvement as primary educators, support parents' associations, ensure high-quality education for all children in Europe, and disseminate relevant European information among its members.

HOGENT University of Applied Sciences and Arts - Belgium, emerged from the merger of thirteen higher education institutions and later incorporated Mercator University College in 2001. ISE, Ministerul Educatiei Centrul National de Politici şi Evaluare in Educatie - Romania (Associated Partner), boasts extensive experience in analyzing education public policies, particularly in teacher training and resource development. Their expertise can significantly contribute to policy analysis and development, both at the national and EU levels. Furthermore, they have a proven track record in organizing accredited teacher training programs, particularly focusing on curriculum adaptation for at-risk groups.
