WORK PACKAGES
The consortium develops intellectual outputs across 8 work packages, towards finalizing 25 deliverables over the project's 3-year lifetime:
- WP1 Project Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation (M1-M36) ensures project coordination and assessment from the start to the end of the project.
- WP2 Design and Roadmapping (M1-12) comprises the organisation of an initial workshop that will serve to design the guiding principles that will shape how resources, services, and collaboration are managed within the Teacher Academy Alliance. Another workshop will be organized at the project's midpoint. Eventually, partners will produce a long-term roadmap outlining the strategic direction and milestones for the development of the Teacher Academy Alliance.
- WP3 Competence Framework and Reference Learning Paths (M4-M24) includes exploring and analyzing existing competence frameworks and the development of a Competence Framework Explorer. On the basis of the Explorer, the partnership will design prototypes of thematic learning paths. Eventually, this WP will produce an Observatory for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the competence framework and learning paths.
- WP4 Review and Development of Innovative Learning Paths (M12-M36) includes the review of existing curricula, the design and testing of new curriculum elements, and the implementation of mobility schemes for student teachers.
- WP5 Toolkit for Local Learning Ecosystem (M4-M36) strives to map local stakeholders to be involved in the creation of Local Learning Ecosystems. A toolkit for the creation of Local Learning Ecosystems will be designed and tested.
- WP6 Digital Enhancement of Teachers’ Education and Training Supply (M13-M36) facilitates technology-enhanced learning through participatory labs. This WP will develop an online platform for learning and teacher exchanges.
- WP7 Alliance Setting Up and Governance Model (M13-M36) serves to create an Alliance Governance System.
- WP8 Communication, Dissemination, and Impact (M1-M36) focuses on promoting the project and evaluating its impact.
