The DECITEL project is planning to reach the following target users, respectively, in the short term and in the long term:

1) Higher Education and Teachers’ Training Institutions providing initial education and continuing professional development for in-service teachers.In fact, this is the group of organisations that will be at the centre of the project, and will extend their network to reach at least one member organisation in each MS of the EU, and also to establish an international collaboration framework with other regions of the world.

2) Teachers and future teachers of all orders and kinds of schools, who will be the main direct beneficiaries of the project results and will gain new competencies and credit recognition through the adoption of the proposed framework and learning paths.

3) Children and adolescents who will benefit from the professionalisation of their teachers, creating new learning experiences suitable for the development of civic, social, and relational competences that are frequently neglected or insufficiently developed in the present curricula and education practice.

4) School leaders who will be supported in the creation of learning ecosystems involving local context actors.

5) Policy makers at the local and national level, who will be able to build on bottom-up positive dynamics to innovate curricula and regulations at the respective level.

6) Researchers in the field of education and social science will have access to a well-documented process of experimentation and upscaling of innovative education practice.
