1) To create the conditions for a sustainable Teacher Academy Alliance;

2) To develop a framework of teachers' competences;

3) To collaboratively develop learning modules and lesson plans;

4) To develop and distribute a toolkit for the creation of Local Learning Ecosystems (LLE);

5) To study and test ways to quickly upscale good practice through existing teachers' training networks;

6) To document and systemically evaluate the innovative practice generated in partner schools.
