Meet the LLE Stakeholder of the Month - April
At the end of March, students at HOGENT's secondary teacher training programme traded the classroom for the streets of Ghent city centre, and for good reason. As part of Join For Water's 'Water-Smart City' game, they took on a series of challenges that brought sustainability to life in a very tangible way. They explored different perspectives on making sustainable choices around water, engaged in real conversations with citizens on the topic, and were invited to reflect critically on their own consumption habits and on the commitments they do or do not fulfill when it comes to water.
Join for Water is one of the stakeholders in HOGENT's local learning ecosystem, established within the DECITEL Teacher Academy. Following the city game, we interviewed Sarah De Raedt, Education Process Facilitator at Join for Water, hearing her comments on what LLE means.
