Stakeholders Meeting in Ghent
How wonderful it was to connect with fellow enthusiasts (Lisa Vanderhaeghen from BeGlobal, Sabine Anné from Djapo, Imke Deleu from GO!, Sarah De Raedt from Join For Water, Caroline Mathys from Amal Gent) at the end of January to reflect together on citizenship education.
These are the moments when everything comes together: engaging in meaningful conversations, testing ideas, sharpening focus, and setting shared priorities.
This inspiring exchange took place within the framework of building a local learning ecosystem led by HOGENT teacher trainers Jo Cochuyt and Papatya Dalkiran — learning from and with each other, grounded in shared questions and societal challenges.
In short: strong conversations, rich inspiration, and, above all, a shared enthusiasm to further develop this journey of learning and collaboration.
